Make Your Own Watercolor Paints
I got the recipe for Make Your Own Watercolor Paints at Dim Sum, Bagels, and Crawfish. Before we got started I set Reece up in his highchair with some paper, a paint brush and water in a clean yogurt container (I've discovered that old yogurt containers are GREAT for art projects).

Mix everything except the food coloring in a bowl. The boys really enjoyed how the vinegar made it all fizz.

They each took turns stirring it up and then I came back in to make sure all the clumps were stirred up.

Then you divide your mixture into little containers (again we used clean yogurt containers). Add about 8 drops of food coloring.
Stir until the food coloring is all mixed in.
