The theme for this weeks
Muffin Tin Monday was Yellow. I'm really enjoying the color themes that we've been doing and honestly, the boys are loving them too. Wyatt saw me putting up this post and asked why he never gets to do Muffin Tin Monday anymore. I told him that we do it while he's at school and he said that I should send one in his lunchbox. So, now I'm on the hunt for something I can do in his lunchbox. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
For this week's lunch we enjoyed: Yogurt covered pretzels, a Yellow banana, Strawberries and Blueberries, Yellow Bell Peppers (which Seth loved, but Reece wasn't fond of), Ranch for the Bell Peppers, and Quesadillas with Yellow Cheddar Cheese.

It was such a nice day that the boys had their lunch outside. We've been stuck inside a lot recently with rain, so it was really great to get out and eat.

lunch outside sounds perfect!
Yogurt covered pretzels look yummy. I haven't had any in years.
My daughter in kindergarten has been sad when she misses Muffin Tin Monday too. I have been making her a special tin for dinner or an after school snack on the days we do it. She loves that!
I wanted to try yellow pepper with the girls but didn't get to the store!
Looks like a very fun lunch. Are there any play kitchen sets that have mini muffin tins that would fit in a lunch box?
Could you get some of that sticky plastic wrap that is like stickers when you press it on a surface? Then maybe you could do a muffin tin to send with the sticky wrap on top? Or can you get cupcake tupperware holders that hold 6 cupcakes? Seems like there'd be a way.
I wanted yellow pepper today too, but forgot to buy it. Looks like a nice lunch.
You could do them on Sundays. I am going to staret doing that. I tried red bell peppers when the theme was red but she wasn't very found of them but it is a fun way to try new foods! We love our lunches outside too.
Lunch outside with a muffin tin, you little ones must have felt very special.
Maybe try a Bento box for Wyatt.
The picture of the fellas at the table is just ADORABLE!
